Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available on select products)
- Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner's website.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will try again the next business day. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
