At SupermartONwheels.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (groceries, food items)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
  • Digital products or software
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@supermartonwheels.in within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve your return request within 24–48 hours
  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@supermartonwheels.in.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
