How to File a Grievance
If you have an unresolved complaint or concern regarding:
- Your order, product, or delivery
- Refund or return issues
- Privacy or data concerns
- Seller misconduct
- Any other issue related to our platform
Please email the Grievance Officer at grievance@supermartonwheels.in with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address
- Order number (if applicable)
- Nature of the grievance
- Steps already taken to resolve the issue
Resolution Timeline
We are committed to acknowledging your grievance within 48 hours and resolving it within 30 days of receipt, as required by applicable Indian law.
Escalation
If your grievance is not resolved within the stipulated time, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum or regulatory authority under Indian law.
