How do I place an order?

Browse our categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (where available).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately at support@supermartonwheels.in.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Check the current threshold on our homepage or at checkout.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. International shipping times and charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
